Designed in accordance with national standards such as GB/T15930-2007 "Fire Dampers for Building Ventilation and Smoke Exhaust Systems" and JG/T436-2014 "Building Ventilation Air Volume Regulating Valves," this test bench is primarily used for air-tightness performance testing and grading of various types of ventilation dampers, fire dampers, and airtight dampers. It utilizes suction to create a pressure difference across the damper and employs a nozzle box to measure the gas flow through the damper. It features high testing accuracy, excellent repeatability, strong stability, an intuitive interface, user-friendly operation, and automatic data collection and processing. The selected sensors and components, through long-term practical use, offer high measurement accuracy and excellent stability. Before laboratory delivery, comparative test data of laboratory prototypes are provided to ensure data accuracy.
